Rayo is an experimental project consisting of Richard Steel & El Fulminador. For «Slaves» we recorded with the Cuban trumpet player and percussionist Daniel Congo Allen. The mastering has been in charge of Cotton Bud Mastering.
Personally, I’m very happy with «Slaves» because it goes in a different direction compared to the works released on Fulmen until now. I like to think about it as a fictional soundtrack for deserted cities. Imagine Hermannstraße on a grey, grim, gritty Sunday afternoon and you’ll be there with me.
